About Products

・The items may be deformed or scratched by high pressure and friction because they are delicate materials. Please handle them with care.

・When cleaning, wipe gently with a soft cloth.

・Some items may have sharp edges. Please handle them with care to avoid eye injury.

・Please use and keep the items away from abrupt temperature changes, extreme temperatures, fire and water, as well as high humidity. If you use and keep them under those conditions, they may be damaged, cracked, deformed, or rusted.

・Keep the items out of the reach of children and pets to prevent accidental swallowing.

・Chemicals or oil (including cosmetics) may cause damage. If exposed, wipe it off with a soft cloth.

・Itching and rashes may occur depending on your skin condition. If you think you may have a serious medical problem, stop using the item and seek immediate medical attention. We are not liable for any allergic reactions.

・Glass products can be easily damaged if scratched. Please handle them with care to avoid colliding with other glass or hard objects. Please stop using them when they are cracked or chipped as they may cause injury.



Please check the "Materials" page from the menu on the top to see the materials used in EMISSION products. It shows the characteristics of each material and how to maintain them.

The size and shape may vary since each piece is handmade by an artisan who creates a unique natural shape. Because of this, the actual item may be slightly different from the one on the product page.

We adjusted the images of the products to look as close as possible to the actual color, but they may appear differently depending on the device. 

About Ordering

Orders are confirmed as the payment is completed.
Please note that we cannot accept any changes or cancellations to the order after you place it.

 
 

We accompany a proof of delivery by each order. There is no description of the price, only the product's name, and number. We will not enclose proof of delivery if the recipient is different from the person who placed the order. 

About Payment

We accept credit card payments (VISA, JCB, Mastercard, AMEX), ShopPay, Paypal, ApplePay, and Google Pay both in Japan and overseas.

 

You can use VISA, JCB, Mastercard, and AMEX.
Payment is completed upon order placement. The billing date depends on your credit card company.

 

About Shipping and Delivery

Available items are usually shipped within five business days after order placement.

Regarding orders in bulk, made-to-order, and custom-made items; items are shipped within 30 days, depending on the item and the season.

* If you place an order out of our office hours, we ship available items within 5 business days from the next business day.
* Delivery may be postponed or delayed because of traffic regulations, emergency safety alerts, or evacuation warnings due to natural disasters, such as heavy rain over a large area.
 

The shipping fee is 880 yen (tax included) everywhere in Japan.
International shipping is not yet available. We appreciate your patience in the meantime. 

 

Return and Exchange Policy

After you receive the package, please open it and check to see that the item is not defective and is the one ordered.

 

Although we maintain high-quality standards in manufacture, we will replace the items with free returns if they are defective, damaged due to an accident during the delivery, or you have received the wrong one.
We will exchange the item if it is available and inspected for defects.
We will refund the purchase price if the item is out of stock.

 

Contact us by email within seven days of receiving the item with pictures of the defects or damage.

  • if seven days have passed since the item's arrival.
  • f you have damaged the item.
  • if you have purchased the wrong quantity or the item looks different from what you expected.

We cannot offer you cancellations, returns, or exchanges if your dissatisfaction is not a result of our error. Please note that your order is confirmed when you complete the payment.

For a direct gift delivery, we change the sender's name and address to the person who orders.
If you do not wish to make changes, opting to keep us as a sender, contact us from the inquiry .
Also, we will not enclose proof of delivery if the recipient is different from the person who placed the order.
